Issues
We cannot change any information on an order once it has been shipped. If you made a mistake (incorrect shipping or changing qty), please email us with your order number and issue.

Shipping
International shipments are subject to additional duties, taxes and other customs fees. We are not responsible for tariffs or custom fees. Please allow at least 4-­6 weeks for international orders to be delivered.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages once the package has been shipped.
